Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
Freight is free in Canada for orders over $300.00. For orders less than the minimum dollar value, a nominal freight charge of $11.30 will be added to the invoice. For some items that may be considered as Dangerous Goods by the Ministry of Transport, a small shipping charge may apply, at our discretion. As always, overweight shipments are subject to additional freight charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All International shipping charges must be adjusted, according to weight of package and country destination. Additional shipping & handling charge will be applied to your credit card at the time your order is shipped. You will receive an email receipt with the charges that have been added to your credit card for additional shipping.
The shopping cart does not have the capabilities of calculating shipping costs for countries outside Canada. therefore the shipping calculation for each country must be done on an individual basis. Alpha Dental does not ship the following products outside Canada: Anesthetics, Medical, Flammable, NTI and DRM.  

RETURNS
To receive credit for items returned, please review the following information. Call our office for return authorization and we will discuss arrangements for pick up. Items must be received in saleable condition and unopened to receive credit. Unsaleable or damaged items will be subject to a restocking fee or returned to the purchaser.  Collect returns without authorization will not be accepted. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase. Special order items are not returnable for any reason.
